Rash Design provides ongoing custom image creation for a wide range of actuarial subjects, ranging from the dry and detailed, to the quirky and unexpected (Ever wonder about the risks of running a microbrewery?). With quick turnaround times and sometimes limited information, these images succeed in explaining complex concepts while also bringing some fun to the scene, and avoiding the cliche route that has become so much visual noise in business communications (Gears turning in a head with some puzzle pieces and a chess board, anyone?).
Milliman adds to their Insight section regularly, and the images do double duty on social media as well. These visuals serve as an entry point to the articles, and a way for readers to gain a deeper understanding of what is being discussed. Reading and understanding the material is essential to conceptualizing an image that will work to support the point of the content. While staying true to the Milliman brand, these images do vary in style and execution, to keep it fresh and directly related to the material. They are also created with the Milliman website and social media constraints in mind, so that each image is readable on multiple online venues.
